"Epiphany Catholic School is so much more than a school; so much more than a place to send your children to learn religion and academics, so much more than a building filled with teachers and students. I can speak as an alumnus, a parent, and a former staff member and if I was to summarize what Epiphany Catholic School is in one word it would be home. Epiphany Catholic School is a home and it’s walls are filled with a family. A family that celebrates together, sacrifices together, prays together, and learns together. When you sign your children up to be students at Epiphany you sign them up to join a loving, learning, faithful family that will remain with them for life.
When I drop my children off in the carpool line I know that their entire day will be spent with staff members who love the Lord and my kids so much that they choose Epiphany over anywhere else to work. I know they will learn higher level academics at the same time they learn morals, virtues, Catholic teachings, and how to live as saints. I know that if something goes wrong in their day they will be shown the face of Jesus as they work through it with the staff. I know that they will be loved and grow in their love for learning. "It was actually at Epiphany when I first began grappling with questions about the priesthood. With Father Eric around as much as he was, whether it was school mass, religion class, or even recess, a young boy like myself couldn't help but wonder why he chose the life he did. I remember one day thinking I had finally figured it all out. Excited to have my hypothesis affirmed I asked him if priesthood meant he automatically got to heaven. Prepared for an emphatic yes, borne of the confidence that would have come from a man who knew his trials were completed, I was shocked and a bit confused when he responded with a humble no. Whether I knew it at the time or not it was a great testament to the sacrifice he makes every day to serve the little ones of his flock. By his guidance and my education at Epiphany I was able to further understand what the priesthood is and what life is really all about. The school instilled in my classmates and I unshakable morals and proper social skills and gave to us a foundational understanding of scholastic concepts that would serve us well in our education to come.
Unfortunately, in today's world the faith has become less and less present in education. And thus, it should not be taken lightly when an institution like Epiphany offers a space for students to express and grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith. Faith is a gift which must be protected and nourished and it has been abundantly clear to me that Epiphany Catholic School understands and prioritizes this commission. Young boys and girls are shaped here, as I was, to become strong and faith-filled men and women ready to forge along the path the Lord has set out for them."

"I have so many great memories growing up in Epiphany’s backyard. Some of my earliest friendships, that I still carry with me to this day, were formed at Epiphany Grade School. I will always be incredibly thankful for my Catholic school education being formulated at Epiphany. All 3 of my older siblings also attended Epiphany which was very special for our family.
The teachers and staff are first-class. They always showed such an interest in the lives of the students, and I will never forget that. Epiphany has staff members that are committed to young people and their constant growth in their faith.
I truly learned what it meant to be proud of your roots. My parents moved to Epiphany’s backyard in 1990 so it really has been amazing to see the “campus” grow over the years. Both of my sisters were married at the church, and I received all my sacraments there. There are countless memories and life lessons in the classroom, on the playground, sporting events, and so much more. Epiphany has meant a lot and continues to mean a lot to the Kabbes family.
Epiphany was the foundation for me. Epiphany taught me some fantastic life lessons and helped me mature as a young man. The relationships formed in those classrooms have been life-altering for me and I am so thankful for that."

Mrs. Kim Frey just concluded teaching her 37th year at Epiphany Catholic School. Her ties to Epiphany go back even farther as she and her parents were charter members of Epiphany. Mrs. Frey went to church and school at Epiphany while growing up, and then started teaching at Epiphany early in her career. Mrs. Frey says: “I loved all the things about Epiphany as a child, and then to continue at Epiphany as a teacher has just been so special for me.”
One of the things Mrs. Frey has enjoyed the most about her work at Epiphany is to be able to talk about God in the classroom and to bring God into everything done within the classroom. Mrs. Frey has taught the 4th grade all her 37 years at Epiphany. She explains: “That’s the grade I feel most comfortable with. To see how much the students grow from the beginning of the school year to the end of the year is special.”
One of the most rewarding experiences for Mrs. Frey is hearing from her former students. “One of the things I enjoy the most is when students I taught come back and I hear about what is going on in their lives and the memories they have about Epiphany and 4th grade.” Mrs. Frey also appreciates the opportunity she has had to teach the children of former students. “I have taught students and then their children, and this is something that has been special about my work here at Epiphany.” Mrs. Frey has also enjoyed keeping in touch with former faculty and staff members at Epiphany throughout the years.
Mrs. Frey had the “neat experience” of serving as both a teacher and parent to her son Tanner who attended Epiphany from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. Tanner now lives in Arizona where he works for State Farm and is married to a 5th grade teacher.
