The safety of our students is our highest priority. To help ensure smooth arrival and dismissal each day, we ask all families enter our lots slowly and with abundant caution, and always following established traffic patterns and procedures.
- Morning Arrival – School begins at 7:50 am with Morning Meeting in the Large Gym (Lyceum). Students may be dropped off beginning at 7:30 am. Enter campus via Rectory Drive and proceed to rear (north) parking lot between Elementary building and Lyceum. After drop-off, parents continue through the parking lot and exit via the preschool drive.
- Afternoon Dismissal – School dismisses at 3:15 pm. Grades K-5 parents may park in front parking lot, outside Elementary building. Students are dismissed by their teachers from designated classroom areas, and only released to approved pick-up persons. Grades 6-8 parents should enter via Rectory Drive and pick up students in rear parking lot. Cars will not be allowed to enter our back lot until 3:05 pm at the earliest.
- Helping Dismissal Run Smoothly – arrive on time, pick up students promptly, exit school grounds once your children are safely in car, schedule conferences or other school-appointments no earlier than 3:30 pm, obey one-way traffic pattern at all times, and please carefully supervise children while on campus after school.
Detailed traffic maps and/or specific arrival/dismissal procedures are provided to all enrolled families before the start of each school year.
