- Complete our Online Application – When you’re ready, submit your online application through our FACTS Admissions Portal.
- Application Review – Once your application is submitted, our Admissions Team will review it. Depending on grade level, we may request previous report cards, standardized test scores, or other student records. Families may also choose to schedule a personal tour or student visit at any point during the process.
- Complete Enrollment – Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you’ll receive notification and also access to complete our online Enrollment Packet through FACTS.
Please Note: Application and Enrollment are two separate steps. Enrollment becomes available only after your application has been reviewed and accepted.
Admissions Timeline – While we welcome applications throughout the year as space allows, our typical timeline is:
- December: Current Epiphany families re-enroll for following school year.
- January-February: Registration opens for parish families.
- February-March: Registration opens for all new and out-of-parish families.
- Spring & Summer: Applications continue to be accepted as space remains available.
